ORDERS

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you do not need an account to place an order in Fitness & Yoga Hub. Store. We believe this is  necessary as we are going to provide you with all after-sales information by e-mail, including an order confirmation, shipping confirmation (including tracking code) and so on.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Credit Card & PayPal 

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data (as our URL in https attests). Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address, and card details are encrypted so that they can only be read on the secure server. 

In addition, security checks are also performed on all transactions to ensure the authenticity of each card payment. We use the most advanced and secure payment services Paypal of the world.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Our payment system immediately debits the credit card.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How much are the shipping costs?
Generally no shipping costs are charged, and we ship worldwide. Rarely in Some products exceptions might be there which you will know before your if your credit card is charged.

How long is the delivery?
Due to high demand, between 1 and 3 weeks. 

How can I know if my item has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered when ordering.

Can I track my order?
All orders will be accompanied by a tracking code. This code will be attached to your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been processed. 

Can I get a refund or exchange?
All sales are final, however, refund or exchange are possible up to 30 days after receipt of the product in case of problems. Please read "Refund Policy" page for more info.

We will continually add new items to our store. Make sure you stay up-to-date by subscribing to our newsletter. 

Do you restock your items?
Yes, we do once they are exhausted.
